Yellowseeds embraces and encourages individuals, leaders, teams and children to find

their essence and to sow into humanity their unique talent.

The journey simply proposes two things, deep questions and creativity and all the infinite combinations between them.

Everything we do at Yellowseeds starts with a few questions.

What seed did you come to BE?

What did you come to sow?

This is a question we ask ourselves at some point in life, whether personally or professionally. You and I share that same desire, What do I come to sow?

Sometimes as individuals we forget that we are cultivators of our dreams, that we have the power in our hands to sow what we want and harvest the outcome of it.

Sometimes, as leaders and teams, we forget the impact that something we create generates for thousands of people in the world.

We all come to sow something, individually and collectively.

Out there…

There are seeds of change, which challenge the systems and open new paths.

There are seeds of opportunity, which find possibilities where others see obstacles.

There are seeds of courage, which face fears and dare to shine with their own light.

There are seeds of empathy, which learn to listen to themselves so well that they can listen to others deeply. Seeds without fear of feeling the emotion.

There are visionary seeds, which are willing to be disruptive leaders, to create and implement new management paradigms.

There are innocent seeds, hypersensitive children that are being born and we want to support them so that nothing stops them from shining.

There are many seeds, there is a lot of diversity.

At YellowSeeds we are going to find you there, in that drawer, where a seed is waiting to be planted. In that land, without the fertilizer to help it unfold that first root.

I was there many times, personally and professionally, that's why I'm waiting for you there, at that right moment, when you're ready to see yourself blossom.

If you are looking for a change at a personal level, that space to flourish will have creative coaching, astrology, the language of colors and the connection with your inner child.

If you are looking for a change at a professional level, that space will allow you to flourish as a leader and create one for your team to do it with you. Together we can co-create spaces for deep listening, creative workshops and projects that help us plant new management paradigms.

If you have children around you, who are very sensitive, and you want to give them tools to stay connected with their essence, we have books and different initiatives so that this seeding doesn’t get delayed.

At Yellowseeds, we believe in you, and that’s where we will go to look for all the answers. You will break the cocoon and become a beautiful flower or fruit, by crossing the dark soil, pulling out the weeds of fear and doubt, to reach the light of the sun.

And then, there will be more trees and more flowers that will then sow other seeds, because the seed itself is an infinite cycle.
