As we talked in my previous post, RED Droppie is a multipurpose and multi age book. It has an important message for kids and for adults, specially the ones who feels that have lost their connection with their own essence.
Have you ever bought a book for your inner child? Why not?
Probably because there isn’t a lot of options. I am writing for those forgotten inner child, for those who has been so much time in this adult adventure...too busy and too worry.
I use this book for my creative coaching sessions. I invite the adult to read it first and reflect on how to connect it with their life. What is your first reaction when your coach ask you to read a children’s book? That reaction will tell a lot about the state of your relationship with your inner child.
Red Droppie connects the love that Mother Earth shares with us, with the love we have for ourselves. That big metaphor expand a lot of journeys we can it start from it. It does it by sharing different nature scenarios where each nature kingdom (animals, vegetables, minerals) and elements (fire, water, air/wind, earth and energy) show us their love in different ways.
Let's start the journey!
LOVE YOURSELF
How do you take care of yourself?
If the way you take care of yourself, would be a home. How many rooms might it have? How would they look like?
How often do you do anything that only you like to do even though others won't follow you?
How often do you observe the way you speak about yourself?
How much love do you put into those words?
CONNECTION WITH MOTHER EARTH

What do you do to take care of Mother Earth? (recycling, composting, volunteering to clean nature or taking care of animals, etc)

EARTH: in astrology this element is associated with giving structure to ideas, bringing them to live, add order and organize something, present moment. As well as, being inflexible, want to keep things in control and ignore our emotions

How frequently do you cry?
ENERGY: this is an element that we haven't explored a lot as humans as of yet. But it is the element that connects all the other four we talked before. Energy is imperceptible to ours five senses but it doesn't mean it isn't there. Here are some questions to explore energy, in the way our mind and body react to it.
How do you perceive energy? Yours, the energy of a place or the energy of someone else
How aware are you of your level of energy on daily basis?
What are your mind and body signs that show you are in a good level of energy?
What are those that show you are in a low level of energy?
How do you feel in a crowded place? Do you feel energize or tired after it?
How do you feel in dirty place? Does it bother you or not?
How do you feel after crying? Do you feel relaxed or sad?
How do you feel when someone is angry with you?
When someone is angry or crying their energy levels are lower and that might affect our energy too. Even when someone speaks a lot, that might be a sign of an excess of energy. There isn't anything right or wrong with low or high levels of energy. We all go up and down on energy all the time and several times a day. But being aware of its existence can help us to better navigate certain circumstances. So the key aspect of energy is maintaining it in balance, or bring it to a center, not staying too long on the lower level extreme, neither staying too long in the higher level of it.
The book "The Map of Consciousness Explained: A Proven Energy Scale to Actualize Your Ultimate Potential" by David R. Hawkins, explained a lot of details about the relationship between emotions and energy.
Understanding how to regulate your energy, brings quality to our life.
Same applies to places. That is why it is also important to perceive the energy of the place we are and understand if it is a friendly one for us in that particular moment or isn't. Usually an emotion of happiness and enthusiasm is a sign that we have been in an energetically harmonious place. Emotions like sadness or anxiety, is a sign that we have been in a not harmonious one. Sometimes a headache is a sign too.
I hope RED Droppie brought multiple and creative ways to connect you with love, Mother Earth and specially with yourself.
Reminder: These are just some aspects to travel with this book, in this eternal journey through the colors.
Stay colorful!
