As we talked in my previous post, Yellow Droppie is a multipurpose and multi age book. It has an important message for kids and for adults, specially the ones who feels that have lost their connection with their own essence.
Have you ever bought a book for your inner child? Why not?
Probably because there isn’t a lot of options. I am writing for those forgotten inner child, for those who has been so much time in this adult adventure...too busy and too worry.
I use this book for my creative coaching sessions. I invite the adult to read it first and reflect on how to connect it with their life. What is your first reaction when your coach ask you to read a children’s book? That reaction will tell a lot about the state of your relationship with your inner child.
Yellow Droppie is an invitation to explore the different meanings of the color Yellow. This color reminds you to stay playful like a kid. It also invites you to explore how connected are you with curiosity and learning new things. The book introduces you into numerology, another way to ask good questions to learn more about yourself.
Let's start the journey!
EMOTIONS: Reflect about Positive Mind Set:
Sometimes, when we are trying to stay positive all the time, it becomes a way to suppress intense or uncomfortable emotions like anger, frustration or sadness. So It is important to understand how those emotions are expressed in your body and explore the origin cause
What do you feel in your body when you are angry? What is the reason of that anger?

What tools do you have when you don't feel positive?

HOW TO USE NUMBERS TO LEARN ABOUT THEMSELVES
This book is an introduction to an ancient tool for self knowledge, numerology.
As we talked during Red Droppie's adventure, I like to bring these ancient tools, because they have good questions that still apply to us and can bring a different perspective to learn more about ourselves.
Numbers, like it happens with elements in Astrology or colors, have good questions and ways to explore ourselves. Before going in deep with the meaning of the numbers and the questions they can bring, let's go easily with the some of the main aspects Pythagoras left...
The number of the day in your birth date describes the essence of your soul, the purest energy of it
The number of the month in your birth date describes your personality, a group of harmony ande disharmony expression of our personality in this lifetime
If you sum up all the digits of your birth date and reduce it to one digit, it express the mission of this lifetime. If that number is 11, 22, 33, or 44, it might require an expanded interpretation (this is the aspect covered in the book)
