As I mentioned in my first post about Yellow Droppie, this book is a multipurpose and multi age one. The invitation to use this book at school or at home for kids between 6 to 10 yrs old is slightly different from the younger ones. These are just some ideas to use this book for those ages. I am sure your creativity will find more!
EMOTIONS: Reflect about Positive Mind Set:
Sometimes, when we are trying to stay positive all the time, it becomes a way to suppress intense or uncomfortable emotions like anger, frustration or sadness. So It is important to help the kids to embrace those, understand how they are expressed in their body and explore the origin cause
What do they feel in their body when they are angry?
What do they feel in their body when they are sad?
What do they feel in their body when they are frustrated?
What tools do they have when you don't feel positive?
This is a great opportunity to introduce them to mindfulness
Once they have explore those intense emotions, we can focus on positive mind set, by asking questions like these:

HOW TO USE NUMBERS TO LEARN ABOUT THEMSELVES
This book invites the guardians and kids to explore a different way to see at numbers. This is an introduction to an ancient tool for self knowledge, numerology.
As we talked during Red Droppie's adventure, I like to bring these ancient tools, because they have good questions that still apply to us and can bring a different perspective to learn more about ourselves.
Numbers, like it happens with elements in astrology or colors, have good questions and ways to explore ourselves. Before going in deep with the meaning of the numbers and the questions they can bring, let's go easily with the some of the main aspects Pythagoras left...
The number of the day in your birth date describes the essence of your soul, the purest energy of it. It says something important about you.
The number of the month in your birth date describes your personality, a group of harmony ande disharmony expression of our personality in this lifetime. Something to take a look at.
If you sum up all the digits of your birth date and reduce it to one digit, it expresses a big objetive of this lifetime. If that number is 11, 22, 33, or 44, it might require an expanded interpretation (this aspect is not covered in this post).
Let's explore now, the essence of each numbers and what kids can learn about themselves by it
NUMBER 1

This number is associated to empathy, humanity and feeling connected with everything in this planet.
How to apply it at home or school?
I would start with exploring the numbers without, all those questions apply to everyone not matter if your essence, is one number or the other. Then, if they get engaged with the topic, I would ask them to draw the numbers and their meaning, as the book does. They can create their own illustrations about the book.
Finally, I would help them explore the mission and other calculations and explore if it resonates with them in some point.
Astrology and numerology can be use to ask ourselves good questions and see us in a different perspective, but it shouldn't be used to tag us under an specific archetype, which could limit our exploratory human experience.
I hope Yellow Droppie brought multiple and creative ways to connect numbers and learn a little bit about themselves.
Reminder: These are just some aspects to travel with this book, in this eternal journey through the colors.
Hoping after reading this blog, it sparks your curiosity to connect with your own inner child and read this next one, specially created for her/him.
Stay colorful!
