Your Life's Purpose: Your IKIGAI is one of the offerings under Creating Powerful Spaces for your Employees' Well-being @YellowSeeds.

The purpose of this online workshop is to create an space for your employees to reflect on their life purpose, a place where their personal life intersect with their professional one. At work we used to only talk about work, or our professional career like if there is nothing else beyond that.

What if we started bring at work topics we are used to talk at home, with family and friends?

This is the intention behind this workshop. Spare sometime of your employees to reflect on their life purpose. The workshop will introduce a tool called IKIGAI, which is a Japanese term that inspires to find the golden intersection between what you love doing, what you are good at, what the world needs and what is willing to pay for.

Reflecting on your life purpose is always necessary when we are looking to make any change at our professional or personal life.

The workshop will bring powerful questions for the participant to reflect on their life and easily identify actions to take after the workshop. It will leave some home work for individual's reflection too.

Group or individual coaching cohorts can follow up after it, for those who feels that is the time to take action on the identified actions.
