If you are feeling the same, the first step is to go inside, create space to start asking yourself more and deeper questions.
I was in that empty space several times. That 's why, today I walk alongside others who have the courage to go through it, looking after their own answers. Going inside might get scary sometimes, this is why some people decide to take the first steps with someone who has been there before. Once you reconnect with your inner voice, you don’t need translators.

The art of questions is our guide and the creative tools the way we find the answers.

We can go even deeper, you can reconnect with your source of wisdom, by going back to your innocent inner child, to remember what gives you joy since the beginning of your life. You might get surprised by the number of answers your inner child has for you.

This is how we start preparing the soil to sow the seed you came to flourish, inside out.
Are you ready to go inside?
​​​​For this journey, you will need to trust the process as you slowly start to practice silence, your inner voice will start to whisper. During the sessions, the questions will be asked to it.

First stop: we are going to give form to the answer. We are going to explore it in the actual context of your life:

We can use different creative ways to start:

The Wheel of colors: we are going through all the areas of your life through colors. They represent a language and each of them is associated with an aspect of your life. How RED or YELLOW is your life right now? We will ask colorful questions.

Your Astrology Natal Chart: we can either explore your Mayan Astrology Chart or your zodiac one (Sun, Moon and ascendant signs), both describing the energies you came to explore.

Whatever the path you choose, the idea is to identify a concrete goal (the one coming from inside out) to facilitate order and to prioritize your actions towards it.

Transformation Stops: I like to use creative exercises and deep questions to find the answer that reconnect yourself with your inner value, your essence, your soul. With that clarity you will be able to manifest the change you are looking for. These are just a few tools we can use:

Drawing a lot, using colors and translating its meaning. We will ask questions to your creative self and it will answer by drawing. It usually bypasses the rational mind and all the external beliefs adopted from outside

There are questions for the numbers of your numerology chart, if you want to explore that

Go in deep with your Astrology Natal Chart, and invite you to co-create your own through the process

Quantum Leaps: this is where the real adventure begins for someone who found hers/his unique way to reconnect with hers/his inner voice, to find answers, who knows hers/his inner value (essence). This is the most inspiring step for me, to discover the new colors that start to flourish from each seed, from each being.
As you can see, the proposals from Yellowseeds always start with a safe space for deep listening. I don’t have the answers, I will ask you.
This is the seed that Yellowseeds wants to plant from inside out,
I truly believe each person has hers/his own answers.
Only when we start really listening to our inner voice,
we will be able to create things for the highest good, collectively.
